Quality Assurance & Testing
At Toptech,Quality is a word that can never be compromised with cost.
Procedures For Testing And Quality Control:
All machines must be subjected to a minimum of 10 (TEN) minutes test on maximum load.
All manufactured product in the factory will undergo a pre-test with variac before being subjected to load test.
Only machines which are certified by factory/workshop will be packaged for the store without disturbance from the company procedure on instant delivery.
All tested machine records shall be used as a procedure to track and ascertain performance of the product wherever they are installed.
Warrant replacement shall be based on the day of commissioning of all checked products and the regulation guiding warrant replacement reviewed against all customers involved
Brochure for all products shall include quality check information.
The finding above shall cut across all departments concerned with the machine (inverter and workshop). Quality check report shall be enforced to conform to Manufacturer specifications for the production of a reliable brochure.
Finished products shall be packed, stored and handled in such a way as to ensure that they will continue to comply with their applicable standards.
Design standard or specification, as one essential part of quality plan, shall not be lower than the requirement of national standard for products.
Factory/Workshop Head shall regulate the responsibilities and inter relationship of all the personnel involved in quality activities.
Also a responsible person shall be appointed for quality check and shall have responsibility and authority that include:
- Ensuring that quality system, which meets the requirement of this document, is established and maintained.
- Ensuring that the product with the certification labeled are produced in conformity with the standard to which they are certified
- Establishing documented procedure to ensure that certification labels are kept and used appropriately
- Establishing documented procedure to ensure that the certification label is not borne on any non conforming product or changed product that was not notified by certification body
DMAIC Practice
To ensure the completeness of the testing we follow the DMAIC practice. DMAIC stands for Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. We employ DMAIC methodology identify the effect of changes to a build and then to monitor the actual impact of changes in a feedback loop.
We identify the actual cost of the demanded quality and also chalking out the defects of potential quality designing. Safety, maintainability and reliability are the main features of our quality assurance and testing methods.
We dont compromise quality.
